Hence, our Nairobi, Kitale, and Molo staff underwent a very engaging and comprehensive Customer Service training on 18/6/2021, at Moto Hope Capital, Molo branch. This training focused on boosting staff’s customer service skills. This will, in turn, go a long way in improving their personal performance while enhancing customer experience! The trainer was Mr. Evans Otieno Oduor, a commerce and Economics Professional with over ten years of experience in Financial Literacy Education, Customer Service Management, Business Development, Credit Risk Management, and Project leadership in the corporate and NGO sectors.
Moreover, on 19/6/2021, the staff underwent further internal training on system use, operations, and new loan products.
