Ruth Waithera Kamau, Branch Manager, Kitale, Studied Business Management at Mount Kenya University. She aspires to make a difference in the lives of Moto Hope Capital’s beneficiaries. She enjoys working at the grassroots where she can directly assess the impact of the loans she processes for her clients. She possesses agribusiness know-how and readily offers advice and guidance to them besides financially empowering them through Moto Hope Capital impact first financing.
Ruth oversees Kitale Branch Operations, Business Development (sales), and Credit Controls. She provides high-level customer relations and service and ensures compliance with MHC policies and procedures. She actively assists in attaining established operational and financial goals; performs supervisory duties of department staff; and coordinates staff for coverage in all related areas of operations.
