Dennis Thuita, Moto Hope Capital’s Operations Manager, is currently pursuing an MBA in Strategic Management at the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). He holds a Bachelors Degree in Procurement and Logistic Management from Dedan Kimathi University. Dennis has completed multiple training on Debt Delinquency Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Customer service.
At Moto Hope Capital, he is tasked with the implementation of bank policies and procedures as well as ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery in all branches across the country. Dennis enjoys empowering people through community work and is passionate about serving and changing their lives through both financial and non-financial solutions.
